Rodrigo, is an economist graduate with over 10 years of experience in executive search and HR consulting.
He made his career in the company InterSearch Argentina, where he started as a junior consultant to years later take his father role as Managing Director. Within InterSearch his prime responsibility is in executive search and managerial consultancy. He has completed major executive search assignments for chief executives, directors and senior management in a wide variety of disciplines including marketing, accounting, finance and engineering. He has Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, IT, and Manufacturing.
In 2008 he was appointed as SQC member (Standard and Quality Committee) and in 2011, appointed Board Member in InterSearch, becoming the youngest Board Member in our history. He is also team leader of the InterSearch Life Science Practice Group for the America’s region.
Based in Buenos Aires he is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
