Chairwoman, Patricia Epperlein
She holds a Master's Degree in International Hotel Management from Surrey University , England and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King's College of London University, and obtained all schooling in Germany and the UK , including training experience in the Human Resources Department of the Edwardian Group of Hotels in London (Radisson Group).
Patricia was formerly Project Development Manager of Conceito Assessoria Hoteleira in São Paulo , Brazil .
Based in Brazil She is fluent in Portuguese, English and German.

Peter Waite, Australia
He has completed major executive search assignments for chief executives, directors and senior management in a wide variety of disciplines including marketing, accounting, banking, finance and engineering.
He has Industry experience in Consumer goods, Government, Education, Insurance, Stockbroking, Banking, Small Business, Manufacturing.
Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Peter is Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Certified Management Consultant, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.
Frank Schelstraete, Belgium
He made his career as a founding partner in the company Schelstraete & Desmedt, which he co-set up in 1990, after a previous experience in human resources at Van Ram Associates. Within Schelstraete & Desmedt his prime responsibility is in executive search and managerial consultancy on Board and CEO level, besides running and coaching a team of 20 employees.
Frank holds a Master degree in Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Ghent, with postgraduate studies specializing in Psychoanalysis.
Today he is Professor Human Resources Management at the Hogeschool Gent as well as former Director of the SMAK (Museum of Modern Arts) in Ghent. Besides Dutch he speaks English and French and understands German.
Andrās Lipcsei, Hungary
Being responsible for the CEE market development in 1991-2003 he set up P&P offices in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania. Founder and co-trainer of the InterSearch Academy.
Previously, for seven years long he has been working as Commercial Director and member of the Board of one of the largest export-import companies of Hungary, and held different managing positions in the tourist industry.
Graduated in Economics, he fluently speaks English and German besides his mother tongue, and some Italian and Russian. Andrās is fellow member of the Economist Intelligence Unit based in Vienna and Board member of the Hungarian Joint Venture Association. His publications can be frequently read in different business and HR magazines as well as professional websites.
Giuliano Viani, Italy
Giuliano carried out his managerial career within the Fiat Group, both in Italy and internationally, where he had the responsibility for HR and Organizational Development in various companies of the Group such as Fiat Auto, Comau, Magneti Marelli, Fiat do Brasil.
His specializations in the executive search include a thorough knowledge of the Automotive and Manufacturing industry as well as Industrial automation and services.
Besides the Degree in Law, Giuliano holds a Master of Economics and Labour Law at the Catholic University of Milan. Since 2002 he is a Board member of AIDP (Italian Association of HR Managers), and an associate teacher at ISVOR, at the University of Pisa (Master in Human Resources) and at the Business Administration School of Turin. Besides Italian he speaks Portuguese, French, English and some Spanish.
Standards & Quality Committee, Intersearch Academy
